Nissan shareholders say no to a plan to treat Renault as the company’s parent for reporting purposes
Tuesday at its annual general meeting (AGM), Nissan (OTC:NSANY) Motor Co Ltd rejected a shareholder proposal that would have resulted in the disclosure of a decades-old agreement with 43% stakeholder Renault SA (OTC:RNLSY).
